An invitation letter for visa purposes is available for attendees who have confirmed and paid their registration in full.

This letter can aid in securing travel funds or obtaining a visa. Please note, however, that it doesn't imply financial support from the Event Organizing Committee.
 

If your visa application is rejected, we'll refund your registration fee upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy. The documents can be sent to kongress@dovre.as, who also will arrange the refund.
